In honor of Native Heritage Month you’re invited to an educational presentation on Gabrieleno-Tongva History with Gabrieleno-Tongva Mona Recalde & a Reflective Discussion on collective experiences reconnecting with ancestry while on Tongva Land.
We’re continuing our Indigenous Milk Medicine Week 2023 theme ‘Ancestrally Latched on Native Land’ and reflecting on ways to remain latched on to our ancestral legacies for nourishment and maintaining cultural attachments while being in good relationship with Tongva Land and the Gabrieleno Tongva community.
Perinatal Health and Birth workers and families are welcome to join and learn!
